November 28, 2019 Official Opening to the public.

Cold Spring Hollow becomes the first new legal distillery in Franklin County PA to open its doors to the public since Prohibition.

Stop by and check out our new flavors and cocktails.

On 6/24/2019 we are still pending final approvals from the TTB for recipe and label approvals. 

On 6/20/2019 our PLCB Limited Distilling License was released from holding allowing us to officially be open for business...

On 6/14/2019 our bottles arrived for filling. Time to cook some spirits...

On 6/13/2019 we passed our Final/Occupancy Inspections with the county inspectors.

It's Official ! 

On 3/3/2019 Cold Spring Hollow Distillery LLC received our PLCB Limited Distillery License AL 40902. This allows CSHD to be the first operating distillery in Franklin County Pennsylvania since the repeal of The Eighteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution.

On 8/13/2018 Cold Spring Hollow Distillery LLC received our licenses from the Federal Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau or TTB.

DSP-PA-20103 is the newest addition to the distilled spirits producers in the US.

Starting 7/20/2020 CSHD Will be CLOSED Mondays and Tuesdays.

Saturday 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Sunday 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Do you have a tasting room/lounge? Yes we are very excited to offer specialty cocktails made with our distinct spirits, locally produced wines and Pennsylvania brewed beers from our neighboring partners for onsite consumption and offsite sales .

Do you offer internet sales?

Not at this time, but in the near future we will be offering internet sales to Pennsylvania residents. All PLCB restrictions will apply.
